Font Sistemas wanted a traceability system for gas cylinders, from their entrance to the exit from the bottling plant, upto the last mile and final delivery to end consumers. The purpose is to verify that each cylinder is checked before each phase of the filling process and to ensure that the gas content entered in each filling plant is not modified by illegal practices to the detriment of the consumers and their safety.
To achieve this end, Ogrelogic designed and developed a comprehensive mobile app solution that would control the traceability of the cylinders from the entrance to the filling plant until the delivery to the final client using the bar code technology, applications in the cloud and mobile devices or smartphones working in real time.
Digitalization of the entire packaging cycle was done to ensure that the interaction can be followed properly and no unlawful/destructive practices can happen. Each person critical to the process - from assembling the chambers to the final buyer can enlist on the entrance by picking the a monthly membership plan based on their jobs.
This mobile application is specifically designed so that each participant in the process of traceability of gas cylinders can register their catalogs like cylinders, transport equipment, customers and transactions according to what their management demands, using the bar code technology to guarantee the accuracy of information and to accelerate the traceability process.
The project presented an array of challenges encompassing conceptualizing and application advancement. Ogrelogic navigated the challenges systematically and efficiently.
Categorization Framework to classify users as per the members during the time spent in the discernibility of GAS Cylinder
Barcode is used for specific device (ZEBRA)
After thoroughly understanding the designs and processes, we finally designed one wireframe, which we based the app on. Next, we segregated the app into various different modules that were then converted and tackled as a sprint, all the while, keeping the developers, designers, testers, and the client in a closed loop.

The motivation behind why we proposed fostering a portable application for the users, rather than a site like if there should be an occurrence of specialists, was on the grounds that the users needed to fill in information explicit to their active work. Other than this, having a versatile application seemed well and good for Font Sistemas.
The traceability control should be composed of a suite of integrated applications, which are based on desktop applications that run in the cloud and app that runs in real time on mobile devices that work under Android and iOS operating systems, on mobile devices. The complexity of the solution needed a combination of robust frameworks, languages, and tools, which would make the solution real-time and scalable.
