Background
Alison built her name in front of the camera — one of Ireland's best-known models — and rebuilt it on stage, as a keynote speaker on mental health, burnout, and resilience, a transformational coach, and an author. By 2022 her brand had outgrown her old website: speaking, coaching, courses, meditations, a membership, a journal, and a daily-affirmations community all needed one coherent home.
She came to OgreLogic while comparing several agencies, after seeing the sites we had built for other authors and coaches — and stayed for what she later called a stress-free experience.
The rebuild
We designed the new alisoncanavan.com in Figma — several revision rounds, with input from Alison and her agent, plus a refreshed logo — then built it on WordPress on OgreLogic hosting. The site launched in August 2022 with her whole world in one place:
- Dedicated pages for speaking (with showreel), coaching, meditations, courses and workshops, and press & media.
- A journal section built around her 30-day journaling challenge, with sign-up forms wired in.
- A members' area with payments, plus a shop for her journal and products.
- Email marketing integration (GetResponse) for her list and welcome sequences, with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Facebook Pixel set up for measurement.

Running it since — not just launching it
Launch was the start, not the deliverable. OgreLogic has hosted and maintained the site continuously since 2022: WordPress and plugin updates, backups, fixes, landing pages, popups, and homepage refreshes as her offers evolve.
The quiet backbone of the partnership is her daily-affirmations service: every month — every single month since mid-2022 — Alison sends the next month's affirmations, and we publish them to the site as scheduled daily posts and send them to her list. Alongside it, our 2022–23 SEO campaign took her to page 1 of Google, including #1 rankings for two of her target keywords — "international transformational speaker in USA" among them — and we've since supported her wider team with access, cleanups, and one-off SEO optimization passes.
The result
Alison has a website that works like a team member: the hub where corporate clients book her to speak, where her community journals, meditates, and receives her affirmations every morning, and where her courses and membership live. Four years on, OgreLogic is still the team behind it.
